What type of Exercise Will I be doing?
Cardiovascular exercises, basic military style exercises, strength training, agility drills, flexibility and balance training, running, jumping, and lots of Abs!
Do I have to be in shape to get started?
No. We will progress from where you are.
What kind of results can I expect?
