The Gulf Coast finest motor coach resort is offering new purchase packages.

Quite a number of you have expressed an interest in owning here at Heritage Motor Coach Resort & Marina in beautiful Orange Beach if you could just convince one or two of your friends to ‘partner’ with you to share ownership. In my travels I have noticed that most luxury resort communities offer fractional ownership ranging from half to quarter ownership. These aren’t time shares; but just folks who have either bought together initially or have sold a part interest in their property. I would like to have the opportunity to help match up folks who would like to share ownership of a Luxury Resort Site here at Heritage Motor Coach Resort & Marina. The major factors to match will be:

1) What percentage of ownership (1/4, 1/3, or ½) would you prefer?

2) What section of the Resort would you like to own in?

3) Which Coach House floor plan would you prefer?

4) What time of year will you want to use it the most?

5) Will you want to put it in the rental program when no one is using it?

Once I have identified folks with common interests I will coordinate a time for all of you to come to Heritage Motor Coach Resort & Marina to meet, make sure that you are compatible, and to select the right Resort Site to own. In checking with legal counsel the joint ownership agreement can be very simple to draw up including an agreed upon buy/sell agreement.

Saturday November 26th. Thanksgiving Weekend with gourmet pizza, Mel Knapp entertaining, open bar, and lots of fun!

Saturday December 10th. The clubhouse will be decorated for the Holidays, we will be carving turkey & ham, open bar, and live holiday entertainment including a choral group. Come celebrate with us!
