Gulf Shores, Ala – February 10, 2012 – Highway 59 will be closed from Clubhouse Drive heading south to the Gulf Shores Public Beach from 9:45 am until 1:00 pm on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 for the Gulf Shores Mardi Gras Parade.

We encourage all residents and visitors to keep this schedule in mind while making plans to attend the Gulf Shores Mardi Gras Parade, or during their commute throughout the area.

The City of Gulf Shores Public Works Department will be installing drainage improvements along East 3rd Street between East 21st Ave. and East 22nd Ave. starting January 24th with an estimated completion date of February 7th. Roads within the vicinity may be temporarily closed at times during construction.
